At SPS FURNITURE, we want you to love your home, but we understand that sometimes a piece isn't the perfect fit. We offer a 30-day return policy on most items to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your furniture.

• 3.
  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Carefully repack the item in its original box; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a scheduled curbside pickup with our specialized freight partners.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
